Shipping Policy/Return 

A Legal Disclamer

ACMArtwork cannot guarantee when your order will arrive. The delivery date is estimated by the shipping company and may change. We use UPS, Purolator, FedEx, and Canada Post for shipping within Canada, and USPS and other major carriers for shipping in the U.S. We don't ship to U.S. Post Office boxes or APO addresses. If you order from outside Canada, you may have to pay taxes and import charges, and if your package is returned to us because it can't be delivered to a U.S. address, we won't give you a refund. To avoid any problems with shipping, please make sure your shipping information is correct.

Shipping Policy 

It takes 1-3 days to make your order before we send it out and it will take about 14 days. If you need it sooner, email us before placing your order. We only ship on weekdays and we won't give refunds for shipping delays caused by the postal service.

We can ship artwork to some places outside of our country, but only if it's a standard size. Contact us by email to check if we ship to your location. Delivery times will depend on where you are. It may take between 10 to 25 days to get your package. You may also need to pay extra fees like taxes and duties. These fees are not included in our prices, and we won't pay them for you.

Return Policy

Return

ACMArtwork allows customers to return items within 10 days of receiving them, as long as the item is still in its original condition and packaging, with no signs of use or damage.

To let us know you're returning something and get permission to do so, please email us at am@acmartwork.com. In your email, include the email address you used when you placed your order, explain why you're returning the item, and give us your order number.

If we agree to your return, we will tell you where and how to send it back. But, if you don't ask for permission to return it first, we won't accept it. You need to write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package. We won't pay for any shipping costs for returned items.

ACMArtwork is not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

Once your deliver your package, it is received and we have inspected it, we will let you know if your return is approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded the amount of the item plus the initial shipping cost for the item to be shipped to you on your original payment method.
Please allow 10-14 days for returns to be received and processed. Remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 24 hours at am@acmartwork.com if an item is defective, damaged, or if it is the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
